Andrea is a multilingual masters graduate of Istituto Marangoni London, specialised in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management with prior international degree in Economics at the Universities of Bologna, Berlin and Budapest. She is considered one of Marangoni's talents and used to be MA Student Representative of the '2015/2016 September' intake.
She has always held a deep interest in fashion, art and luxury brands in particular, as she was exposed to this field from her mother’s career as a fashion designer in Budapest, Hungary. During her time in Italy, she immersed herself in Italian fashion, which ultimately influenced her taste and attitude in style. To complement her academic studies, she has attended short-term fashion courses in London and Budapest, and she has also completed an online course in Style Coaching™.
She has gained professional experience working at her mother’s fashion boutique, as well as becoming the financial officer of a Hungarian theatre and working for IBM as a pricing specialist. Furthermore, she was responsible for the management of a small hand-painted cloth design enterprise, besides establishing her own company in Style Coaching™.
Currently she works for a London based luxury menswear brand on marketing, e-commerce and commercial sites, besides being part of the Registration Team at the British Fashion Council during London Fashion Weeks, and the Directors' Projects Team at Istituto Marangoni. These have led to solid experience and understanding of creative industries as well as entrepreneurial projects and extensive professional experience in brand management, business strategy, marketing, merchandising and e-commerce.
